Rules and regulations for hall rental
The Fire Hall
seats 200 people, has a large kitchen with two large double sinks,
a large reach in cooler, a deep fryer, a large 8 burner stove with
double oven and griddle, and a wet bar with double beermeister. The
rental fee varies depending upon the party size with a deposit of
$125. To inquire about reserving the hall for your party needs, please

The Picnic
Pavilion has six 8-foot picnic table, electricity, rest rooms
available, a volleyball net, a basketball court, and a playground
for the kids.

Rules and Regulations for Rentals
- Parties to set up the hall.
- All parties must be out of the hall by midnight.
- All parties are responsible for clean up of the
hall and parking lot.
- All signs and balloons must be removed from roadways
within 48 hours, or deposit will not be returned.
- Garbage bags and dumpster will be supplied by
fire hall.
- If using bar, parties must supply own bartender.
- Parties are responsible for bringing all materials
for cleaning the hall (with exception of mops, brooms and buckets).
- no decorations will be allowed to be put on any
painted surface.
- If parties desire to use the kitchen facilities,
an additional $75 will be required.
- If exterior doors are left open/ propped open,
air conditioning/furnace will be shut off.
- Parties are responsible for any damage inside
or outside. If there is any damage, the deposit will be used for
the cost of the damages and parties will be responsible for the
balance in full. A police report will also be filed.
- All deposits will be made by check to C.T.V.F.D.

- $100 check deposit will be due at the signing
of the contract. The balance ($125 for 4 hours or less, and $250
for all day rental) must be paid in full 5 days before the event.
If the event is to be canceled, the parties must do so no later
than 7 days before the event date. Failure to do so will result
in forfeiture of deposit.
- All deposits will be mailed back within 30 days.
- If your party breaks any of the above rules,
you will forfeit your deposit and you will not be allowed to rent
the hall again.
