Print the application (Microsoft Word document) and fill it out completely. Return the completed form to the Center Township Volunteer Fire Department or any CTVFD firefighter.

Your completed application will be review by the investigating committee and you will be notified of their decision.

You must be a resident of Center Township to be considered for membership.
